What State Life Offers:
During the comprehensive two-year training period, participants will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.20,000/-. Upon successfully completing the training by passing two subjects of the Institute of Actuaries or two exams of the Society of Actuaries, candidates will be offered a permanent position as an Executive Officer. This comes with a handsome gross remuneration of approximately Rs.77,000/- per month, complemented by attractive fringe benefits.

The Actuarial Training Scheme ensures swift career advancement and salary increments as candidates progress through subsequent actuarial examinations. A meticulously designed training program is supplemented with ample study leave and financial assistance for course and examination fees.
Aspiring applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Successful completion of the Intermediate examination with a minimum aggregate of 75% marks, along with at least 80% marks in Mathematics.
- Attainment of the London / Cambridge G.C.E. (O-level) qualification, encompassing a pass in English Language or Literature, and securing a minimum of two passes at the Advanced Level (A-Level). Of these passes, Mathematics should hold at least a Grade-A (or Grade-B in the case of Further Mathematics or Higher Mathematics), while the other pass should be at least Grade-C.
Prospective candidates should be aged between 16 and 20 years on the date of publication of this advertisement to be eligible for the scheme. However, if candidates are seeking regular induction into the Corporation upon acquiring the requisite qualifications, they must be at least 18 years of age.

Along with the form, applicants need to submit two passport size photographs, a copy of their CNIC, and attested copies of their educational certificates within 30 days of the advertisement’s publication.
